"Autumn Rushhhhh"

I hope you can see why I fell in love with this subject so easily: my favorite painting spot, moving water, and bright sun. The season for working on this is short, only 5 weeks, and the fun with it really makes that fly by. The right half of the water and the top section are not finished, and I will certainly look forward to October, for the chance to paint with all of it again.

"Autumn Rushhhhh" easel

This is the same perch as my "Marchshhhhh" painting, except my easel is facing the other way. I really do love this spot, and several hikers have shared that they feel similarly. Glad this little bend in the stream has its own fan-club : >)
