Friends, this painting came SO close to being finished last summer. I was working away on the upper left the last several sessions while noticing my eye was wanting more and more to rework the lower left. It doesn't feel quite right just yet. But the water level had dropped too low by late summer to do that, as other signs were appearing that the season for this painting was ending. So, the recipe calls for another dash of patience, and I'll be back at trying to finish it soon : >)
