"Autumn Rushhhhh"

I hope you can see why I fell in love with this subject so easily: my favorite painting spot, moving water, and bright sun. The fun of painting with it has truly "flowed" through all of its sessions. I always want to keep going when the season for a piece ends, but it's also obvious that things are just too different to continue. The right half of the water and the top section are not finished, and I'll look forward to October, to paint with all of it again.

"Autumn Rushhhhh" easel

This is the same perch as my "Marchshhhhh" painting, except my easel is facing the other way. I really do love this spot, and a hiker once mentioned to me that it is their favorite spot along the stream too. So good to see good things getting noticed : >)
