I stood before my beloved painting spot and watched a spring full of rains and higher flows not match what I'd painted previously in my painting titled: "Marchshhhhh." I decided it was time to make lemonade with my high-flow lemons, and had a wonderful time with this sketch. When in doubt just paint more, is a good motto.

This sketch is getting close to done here. It was 5 sessions, I think, and it's April 22. The green is closing in, and I enjoy how "not March" this scene gets as the 7 weeks of working with it come to a close.
